An API is a bridge/medium/middleman between two products/technologies.
1. Signup with Facebook button - Ever saw the 'Signup with Facebook' button while signing up on various websites or apps? Facebook gives an API to all those websites for their users to get basic data like full name, email, facebook ID, etc so that you don't need to enter it again, thereby saving you time.
2. Uber - Ever saw those beautiful maps on apps like Uber or Lyft? Those maps are API's given by Google or Mapbox so that they don't need to build their own maps.
Using Airhob API, your website/mobile app can have flights, hotels, activities, tours, passes, and international trains with the entire searching and booking capabilities via us in the background, whereas in the front, it’ll be entirely your design and branding. We totally get out of the picture and you own the experience.

We've served over 100,000 travelers globally and have got local partners in almost every country in the world. We work with over 100 corporates and 2000 travel agents around the world. We specialize in flights, international tours, cruises, visa, corporate group events, and luxury accomodations.
We're a team of 30 people in Central India where the key team members have an industry experience of over 25 years.
The time required to integrate the API solely depends on the capability of your team. However, with a 2 developer team, we’ve seen companies integrating our each product API in as low as 45 days to as high as 3 months.
Once you signup, you get access to a dashboard where you can generate your API keys.
We have two environments - Sandbox and Production. Sandbox environment is used to integrate the API's and make test bookings. Production API is a real-time API for all products where we give you real-time data from the airlines or suppliers.
Using the API Documentation, you can start integrating. Our technical support team is available 24/7 on firstname.lastname@example.org whenever you face any issues. The team tries it's best to respond to your queries as soon as possible. After you’ve integrated the API and have successfully made a few bookings in the sandbox environment, we just cross verify a few bookings you’ve done and activate your access to the production environment.
Of course! We’ve got an API Explorer where you can directly see the sample API’s and test them there itself to see it’s requests and responses.
Absolutely! We support 25+ currencies in all our product API’s, so that you don't need to worry about managing various currencies. We support currencies like USD, EUR, GBP, INR, SGD, AUD, NZD, CAD, JPY, CNY, ZAR, HKD, THB, KRW, IDR, LKR, AED, BHD, SAR, KWD, RUB, OMR, QAR, CHF, PHP, MXN, ARS, BRL
Unlike other major API providers, we’re providing real-time ticket issuing capability to all our product API’s.
All our API's are REST API’s with JSON content, so you're free to use the server-side language of your choice.
For flights, europasses, trains and tours - We give you the actual fare that we receive from the airlines and similar suppliers and when a booking happens, we pass on the commissions to you. The commissions vary from 0-10% depending on the airline, train and the sectors as well. We'll soon update our dashboard with the exact commission for each airline, trains etc.
For activities and stays - We give you the flat/net rate on top of which, you can add your markup (usually 5-10%).
All your bookings happen through an Airhob Wallet. You need to add funds to it via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS bank transfers or transacting online via your card or netbanking.
The amount of bookings you can make via the API is the amount you have in your Airhob Wallet. When any booking happens, the total amount would get deducted from the wallet and the commission (whenever applicable) would be immediately credited to it as well. As and when you see your Airhob Wallet balance falling down, you can fund it. There's no limit as to what amount you can add to your wallet. You can anticipate a small amount if you're starting up and add it. Later as you foresee the demands, you can increase the amount and fund it accordingly.
Yup! Our API lets you book the products and we give you commissions in the Airhob Wallet when applicable. You need to integrate a payment gateway of your choice to collect payments from your users.
Nope and Yes! So we have 2 models.
1. We don't charge anything like the setup fee or a monthly fee. Whenever a booking happens, we pass you 60% of the actual commission and we keep 40%. For example, if there's a $500 flight ticket and the total commission is $15, we pass you $9 and keep the rest $6. In situations where we don't have a commission model, like in stays and activities, you'll get a slightly higher fare (2-3%).
2. We charge a fixed monthly fee of $150 and you get the 100% commissions. For a $500 flight ticket, you'll earn the full $15 commission. In situations where we don't have a commission model, like in stays and activities, there's no higher fare.
If case you're processing over $15,000 monthly, please email us at email@example.com
You get a dashboard to manage all your bookings, track commissions, download reporsts, and do almost anything. If you've got feature requests and feedback, please feel free to reach out to us.
We don't step in between you and your users ever. Our support is 24/7 with you and for anything related to cancellations, modifications, or similar queries, you can reach out to us.
To keep the API requests to our server secure and avoid unwanted calls, you need to add your IP (prefereably a static IP) and our API will only accept requests from those IP's. Please note that you can add only 2 IP's.
Each product API are set by default to 30 calls/second, and 1000 calls/day during development in the sandbox environment. Once approved for production, the daily calls limit is increased to 10,000.
