You will be met by your Tour manager / Local representative and fellow travellers. Evening time to take the family on a Singapore Night Safari Tour through the jungle. From the safety of your visitors' tram you'll spot nocturnal animals in their natural habitat, from fierce predators to timid forest dwellers. Then take the plunge to follow a walking trail with your guide to see the animals at closer quarters. The world's first night time zoo safari takes you through 40 hectares of secondary jungle adjoining Singapore Zoo, enhanced by subtle moon glow lighting. The mystery and drama of the tropical jungle comes alive after dusk, and you'll experience a thrilling sense of roaming through the jungle as you travel through the grounds by open tram. You'll pass a large reservoir and weave through habitats specially designed to replicate the natural environment, from the Himalayan foothills to the Southeast Asian rainforest and Indian subcontinent. En route to Hotel have dinner at local restaurant.
After breakfast today, we check out of hotel. We visit Universal studios which offers excitement, thrills and unlimited entertainment. Experience thrilling shows, and attractions like, Light Camera Action, Transformer, Accelerator ride, Revenge of the Mummy, Water world, Jurassic Park, Madagascar - A Crate Adventure, Donkey live, Shrek 4D adventure and flying Dragon etc. Today we also visit Asia’s biggest SEA Aquarium which admire the rare species of the marine world. Later we enjoy shopping at Little India.
After the breakfast at your hotel, get ready for an exciting visit to the Jurong Bird Park, considered to be the largest Bird Aviary in Asia Pacific. The Park has the largest walk-in aviary with the tallest man-made waterfall, for visitors to enjoy a close-up view of free-flying birds from Africa and South America. Take a ride on the air-conditioned Panorail for a panoramic view of the park. Do not miss the ‘All Star Bird Show’, reputed as world-class. Enjoy your lunch at the local Indian restaurant before proceeding to the Sentosa Island. Drive to Sentosa Island to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon. First we do the Photo-stop at Dragon Trail and then visit the Image of Singapore, travel on monorail, Underwater World Oceanarium where you can venture into the ocean depths via a moving travelator that ferries you through an 83-metre-long acrylic tunnel. Travel on Monorail and enjoy the Dolphin show (Subject to weather condition) later prepare to be spellbound by ‘Songs of the Sea’ - a show of characters, sound, light and laser extravaganza. After breakfast at your hotel, check out from your hotel. Leave for the exciting City tour of Singapore, you'll see all the city's highlights in one short tour, perfect if you have a time crunch. Highlights include Singapore's vibrant Chinatown, colonial landmarks, Little India and the iconic-Merlion. Your orientation tour of Singapore begins with a drive around the Civic District past the Padang, Cricket Club, Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. You'll have great views of Marina Bay when you stop for photos at Merlion Park and the Merlion, Singapore's mythological creature that is part lion, part fish. The tour continues with a visit to the Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of the oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples on Singapore Island, and then takes you into Chinatown to a local handicraft centre. Next stop is the National Orchid Garden, within the Singapore Botanic Gardens, which boasts a colorful display of 60,000 orchid plants, with 400 species and more than 2,000 hybrids represented. The final stop at Singapore's Little India will entrance you with the heady scent of joss sticks, jasmine and spices. Have a lunch at a restaurant and head towards Singapore Flyer Standing at stunning 165m, the Flyer is the height of a 42-storey building – that’s some 30 metres taller than the famed London Eye. Taking a flight on this S$240 million dollar wheel is a one-of-a-kind experience you wouldn’t want to miss. It’s the only place to see Singapore’s magnificent cityscape. As the wheel turns, you’ll be treated to a 360° visual feast of iconic and historical landmarks and views from the Marina Bay to the Singapore River, Raffles Place, Merlion Park, Empress Place and the Padang. There is no other place in Singapore that offers these breathtaking, magnificent day and glittering night views. Passengers should arrive at their pick up point no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Your pick up point, address and time will be stated on your invoice. Passengers arriving late will need to make the necessary arrangements to meet the coach at the next suitable location.
It is the passengers’ responsibility to make sure of necessary arrangements for any children in their group. Milk and baby food cannot be provided by the hotel or restaurants and passengers are advised to carry ready to drink milk whilst on tour. Dry food is allowed on the so please feel free to bring snacks for children.
All coaches are fitted with arm rests, TV, DVD/CD and toilet facilities. W.C. facilities on coaches have limited capacities and therefore we advice passengers to use them only on an ‘emergency’ basis.
All coaches are either air conditioned or air cooling systems. Only food which is dry and cold can be taken onto the coach. Curries, chips and other hot food are not allowed to be consumed on the coach. In addition, chewing gum and ice cream is also not allowed on the coach. Examples of food people bring to snack on include crisps, biscuits, chevda, drinks etc.
Please remember our staff cannot take requests for any seats. Seat numbers will be given to you, on day one of your tour. Passengers with children in their group will not be seated near the front due to EU regulations & company policy. Please note that all seats on the coach are the same, and have the same level of comfort, do not be disappointed if your seats are near the back of the coach. Your holiday experience will not be ruined due to this.
An important point to note whilst on a touring holiday is that some long journeys are unavoidable especially when travelling from city to city. It is usually the case that the first and last days are the longest. Star Tours’ recommend passengers wear comfortable clothing on these days, and bear in mind that a major part of these days will be spent on the coach. It is advisable passengers carry necessities that they may need for the day such as water, dry snacks, cameras etc. with them in their hand luggage.
Passengers can choose from different diets, including vegetarian, Jain or non-vegetarian (where possible Halal) meals. Passengers should advice their tour manager of their preferred diet on the day one. The meals are pre-set buffet and a choice of menu is not available.
Please note that if you for any reason need to cancel you tour, please let us know as soon as possible, this will help reduce the amount of cancelation charges you may have to pay. Cancelation charges will be as per the terms and conditions
We design our itineraries so that all the necessary excursions and places of interest are included to give the passenger the best possible holiday at an affordable price. However, often, the tour manager and driver will offer passengers additional excursions that are designed to enhance the holiday experience and are not included in the tour cost.
